In the same way that coaches have access to supervision as an integral part of their professional development, many consultants value an outside-in perspective as they reflect on the impact of their professional work and appreciate an opportunity to work through aspects of their client work


Drawing on a successful track record in organisational development consultancy - and integrating some of the models of coach supervision – I work with consultants in a way that helps them step back from their client work and  reflect on how they are developing their professional practices. Sessions can focus on an individual’s portfolio or can be arranged for teams of consultants who wish to review their collective practice.
